The Yamabushi panels reflect a two-year collaboration with writer Rick McIntire.  Rather than illustrate each chapter of his novel by the same title, Kharis Kennedy’s twenty-one paintings follow the narrative’s tonal progression.  The title of each painting is taken from the title of the chapter it represents.  As always the world ends in haute couture.
